Shipping policy

Violoop is currently in pre-launch reservation and Kickstarter preparation. Estimated shipping begins within one month after the Kickstarter campaign ends, subject to production and fulfillment readiness.

Available Shipping Countries & Regions

We currently plan to ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and European Union countries.

Shipping Fees, Duties, and Taxes

For supported launch countries and regions, shipping fees and applicable import duties or taxes will be covered by BVIO, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the Kickstarter pledge process.

Shipping Timeline

The Kickstarter campaign is expected to launch in July and run for approximately 45 days. We plan to begin shipping within one month after the campaign ends.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may change due to production, customs, logistics, or other factors outside our direct control. We will provide updates by email and through our campaign channels.
