Refund policy

Reservation Fee Refund

The $10 reservation fee will be refunded to your original payment method after the Kickstarter campaign ends.

If you are an early reservation supporter and successfully pledge on Kickstarter, BVIO will issue your extra $30 discount as a partial refund through Kickstarter after the campaign ends.

Returns

After delivery, you may request a return within 14 days. To be eligible for return, the product must be unactivated, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please contact support@violoop.com before returning any product. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Do not ship products back without prior confirmation.

Warranty

Violoop includes a one-year limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your device has a verified hardware quality issue during the warranty period, we may repair it, replace it, or provide another appropriate solution.

If the issue is caused by a verified product quality problem, BVIO will cover the related return or replacement shipping cost.

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper handling. This warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
